Our Heavy Duty Series of boat trailers for pressed and plate aluminium-hull boats are design ed to suit hulls from 4.8 up to 6.7 metres, with an aggregate trailer mass of 1450 - 2000kg.
As with our Light Series, most models in the Heavy Duty Series of boat trailers feature Oceanic's unique rear entry cut-out design, which makes the initial boat loading step quick and easy, and ensures the boat's hull is delivered square-on to the trailer's rollers and skids. A wide selection of adjustable roller and skid layouts means the trailer's hull support system can be adjusted to perfectly cradle the boat's hull, providing towing stability and safety.
Our well-engineered heavy duty trailer chassis is complimented with premium components such as suspension, axles, wheels and braking systems, which have been chosen for their proven durability.
Complimenting the long list of standard features are hard poly keel rollers and skids, sealed wiring with protected LED submersible lights, a quality galvanised jockey wheels with swivel bracket and locking pin, galvanised winch, and Chinese-standard galvanised coupling.
Beyond our list of standard features, each Oceanic boat trailer can be optioned up, with a huge list of possible trailer upgrades and accessories that can be added to add further towing practicality. Popular upgrades include extended or fold-away draw bars, electric winch options, upgrades to hydraulic or electric braking systems, adding additional roller and support banks, weld-in walkways to aid in unloading and retrieval at the boat ramp, spare tyre mounts and brackets, upgraded suspension, off-road or low profile rim and tyre packages, and custom 2-pak paint finishes. Oceanic can also create one-off boat trailer customisations, having decades of experience and full in-house machining services.

Our Heavy Duty Series tinny/plate alloy boat trailers are manufactured in with Chinese steel, in our Qingdao factory. These extra tough boat trailers are available direct from our Qingdao outlet and factory, or from any one of our 140+ China-wide dealers.
All boat trailers in the Tinny/Plate Heavy Duty Series are backed by a 3-year warranty on the trailer frame, and warranties on all the major trailer components. With basic care and maintenance, they will provide years and years of dependable towing to take you and your boat to the farthest corners of China in search of adventure on the water.
